Shipping

Shipping is charged at checkout, calculated by PIN code and weight, and shown in full before you pay. The rate depends on where you are and how much the parcel weighs; a Discovery Set costs less to send than three bottles. The shipping you see at checkout is the shipping you pay; we don't win you with one number and add another at the door.

Once you order, we pack it and hand it to the courier within 24 to 48 hours. We do not dispatch on Sundays and public holidays; an order placed then goes out with the next working day's dispatch, and the clock starts when we're next open.

Every order includes one free 2ml sample with every order.

• Metro cities: 3 to 4 working days from dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4 to 6 working days from dispatch.

We ship through Shiprocket, which hands each parcel to the courier best placed to reach your PIN code. Cash on delivery is not available; all orders are prepaid, paid by cards, UPI, net banking and wallets at checkout.

A few things can add days, and we would rather say so than let you wonder: monsoon disruption on certain routes, festive-season courier load, and remote PIN codes that simply take longer to reach. None of these are excuses we hide behind. If your parcel is running late, write to us and we'll chase the courier with you.

This is the one habit worth building. It settles almost every damage question in a single message instead of five:

1. Check the outer box before you accept it. If the seal is broken or the box is visibly damaged, you are within your right to refuse delivery.
2. Photograph it if the seal or box looks wrong, before you open anything else.
3. Film the unboxing, start to finish, without cuts. If something inside turns out to be damaged, this one video is usually all we need to sort it out immediately.

Not sure which of the five is yours yet? The Discovery Set gives you all five in 2ml sprayers for ₹249, and the ₹249 comes back as a code toward your first 50ml bottle. It is the low-risk way in, and the reason you may never need this section at all.

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, before dispatch. Write to care@vivascenta.com or message +91 85208 55594 on WhatsApp with your order number, and the full amount goes back to the original payment method within 7 working days. Once the parcel has left us, it can no longer be cancelled.

Write to us as soon as you notice an address needs correcting. Before dispatch, we can almost always fix it; after dispatch, it depends on the courier. If a delivery is attempted and missed, the courier will normally try again; if the parcel comes back to us as undelivered, write to us with your order number and we'll sort the reship with you.
