We are based in India, and every bottle is made here: by SFJ Enterprises LLP, Unit No. 502, 10-2-9/11, AC Guards, Hyderabad 500004, Telangana, India, under licence [MISSING: manufacturing_licence].

This is not a marketplace storefront or a reseller account. It is Viva Scenta selling to you directly.

Use this website, or buy anything from it, and you accept these terms as they stand at the time. If you don't agree with them, the simplest thing is not to order. We would rather you walk away informed than order and feel misled.

Viva Scenta sells five Eau de Parfum perfumes, each in a 50 ml bottle at 20% fragrance oil: Aura, Contra, Cunoor, Iceberg and Rogue. Every one is our own composition, made in India with perfume oils sourced from France, Spain, Italy and India. All five are unisex.

We also sell the Discovery Set: all five perfumes as 5 x 2 ml (10 ml) sprayers, with a card inside worth ₹249 off any 50ml bottle, one code per set, single use, printed on the card inside the box. Every order, of any size, includes one free 2ml sample with every order.

All prices on this site are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST where GST applies. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; shipping is charged separately, calculated by PIN code and weight, and shown in full before you pay. We may change a price at any time (a launch, a correction, a revision) but never after your order has been accepted.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a finished sale. We accept that offer, and the contract is formed, when your order dispatches, not before.

Until dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order: the listed price was wrong, the item is out of stock, or we suspect it is for resale rather than personal use. If we cancel, you get a full refund, to the original payment method, within 7 working days. No argument, no delay.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, before dispatch, by writing to care@vivascenta.com. After dispatch, our Refund Policy covers what happens if it arrives damaged, leaking or wrong.

All orders are prepaid through Razorpay: cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is not available; all orders are prepaid.

The code inside each Discovery Set is worth ₹249 off any 50ml bottle, one code per set, single use, printed on the card inside the box. One code per set. It can be used once, on one order, for any one 50ml bottle, and cannot be combined with another code or applied to another Discovery Set. A lost code is reissued on request to the email that placed the order.

Damaged, leaking or wrong item, reported within 7 days from delivery: replaced or made right. Opened bottles are not returnable, for hygiene reasons. Ours

The name Viva Scenta, the wordmark and logomark, the names Aura, Contra, Cunoor, Iceberg and Rogue, every composition we have created, every photograph, and every word on this site belong to SFJ Enterprises LLP, trading as Viva Scenta. None of it may be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

What we ask of you

Don't scrape this site. Don't resell what you buy here while implying you are us, and don't pass off any other bottle as ours. We can refuse service, close an account, or cancel an order for anyone who does.

If something goes wrong

Our liability to you for any claim arising from an order is capped at what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss beyond that: a missed occasion, a disappointed gift. Nothing here limits any liability the law does not allow us to limit.

When we can't perform on time

Sometimes delivery slips for reasons outside anyone's control: a courier network down, a monsoon flooding a route, a civic shutdown, a strike. When that happens we will tell you rather than go quiet, and we won't be in breach for the delay.

Governing law and how to raise a dispute

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad. Before that: Indian e-commerce rules give you a grievance route, and we would rather use it than end up in court. Write to our Grievance Officer, Shaik Ahmed, at care@vivascenta.com.

We may update these terms as Viva Scenta grows. The version live on this page is the one that applies to you. Last updated 29 September 2026.
