Tracking

You'll get an order confirmation by email the moment you check out. That is us telling you we have it. Then, once your parcel leaves us (the time shown at checkout after you order), you'll get a dispatch message by email and, if you opted in, on WhatsApp, carrying your tracking number and a link.

A tracking number only goes "live" once the courier scans it for the first time, usually at their first sorting hub, not the moment it leaves our hands. Give it until the next day before you worry; if it's still showing nothing after that, write to us.

1. Open the dispatch email or WhatsApp message and copy the tracking number.
2. Use the link in that message. It opens the Shiprocket tracking page for your parcel, at [to be confirmed].
3. Or paste the same number on the delivering courier's own site. Both routes show the same status; use whichever is easier.

• In transit: moving between hubs, on schedule.
• Out for delivery: on a vehicle today, arriving today.
• Delivery attempted: the courier tried and couldn't hand it over (no one home, gate locked, wrong details); they'll usually try again, so watch for a missed call or SMS from them.
• RTO / returning to origin: the parcel is heading back to us, usually after repeated failed delivery attempts. It isn't lost. It's coming home first, and we'll write to you to sort the reship.
